All helium balloons come with a 1.2m curling ribbon. Water weights to be purchased separately. A couple of things to note for helium inflated balloons:

• Collect 1 - 1.5 hours before your event. Nothing earlier as helium last best for 5 - 7 hours, depending on weather condition.
• Avoid direct sunlight  
• Do not squeeze your inflated balloons as it will burst
• We inflate up to 90% capacity to cater for room for expansion
